Ix Nieves & Mileena Weiss
I've read some opinions and generally people either regard them both as bland or like one and get annoyed by the other.
I cannot understand any of these people. They're both cute and relatable - Ix with his constant worrying about everything and cheery Mileena. and i literally cannot play with them apart so they're either both are on the team or both are not. that one time in the very beginning was plot mandatory.
now let us check the next world for air

Yuri Lowell & Repede (Tales of Vesperia)
I've heard that Yuri got banned from popularity polls due to him winning everything. ... Count me in.
It has nothing to do with his voice actors, i assure you
(although it's kind of weird when you try to compare him with Lord Valtzy)
i mean, the somersault(right? anyway) as a winning pose wins me over instantaneously and in general his fighting style is a sight to behold
this man is so cool, i'm crying(c)
when he's on the battlefield it just feels right
Repede? I love Repede
i start thinking that i might be a dog person considering how many of my favorite characters have dog and wolf motifs
Repede is so fast outside of battle and I bought him the delinquent jacket immediately so he looks fabulous
also Repede has a full weapon set while Yuri is the only character of my high-leveled ones who still doesn't((
and Repede has all of them upgraded since i don't have that many bash weapons and i always have a ton of bash crystals
*cough* moving on

Sophie (Tales of Graces)
... i'm so sorry if she looks weird i didn't mean to(((
i love her too
her twintails are apparently the eponymous graces since those are majestic
that's what a combat medic should be like
i have her kinda underleveled but we're working on it

Luke von Fabre (Tales of the Abyss)
he's cute
but he's visibly depressed and it makes me sad each time he does his winning pose
on the other hand, his smiling sprites are a bliss
i was getting used to his voice for a while but i'm cool with it now
his event is coming soon so i'm hoping to get his mirrage
it worked with Jude

Sorey (Tales of Zestiria)
someone here is angry that i registered too late and now my team lacks Mikleo and Edna
don't be angry plz i'm really sad about it too(((( is there no hope for me?(
anyway Sorey is adorable and he's currently the last member of my favorites team that includes Ix, Mileena and Yuri
I really love his fashion choice

Jude Mathis (Tales of Xillia)
not necessarily the best combat medic(the fact that he needs to stay nearby to heal is not incredibly convenient), but other than that i like him being on the team and there's no such thing as too many healers
he's very cute. I like his 3-D model. his profile sprite looks weird, but his talking sprites are adorable...

... huh, i thought he has at least a couple 4+ weapons, but now that i checked he doesn't have any in my team
apparently the power boost comes from the mirrage

Rutee Katrea (Tales of Destiny)
on one hand, she has a phantom thief vibe that i usually really love and she's a very nice person overall.
... on the other hand i still gotta get used to her voice which is nice but the accent or idk i really dk
also i probably need to kick her better mirrage out of something because it's not useless per se but i'd prefer either healing or an attack mirrage honestly
buffs are important but not yet really

Meredy & Keele Zeibel (Tales of Eternia)
are you really sure this part wasn't called "Tales of Adorable"? Because everything, every little thing about Eternia in Rays is completely and utterly adorable. Meredy, Keele, music, what else?
Skull Staff is one of my favorite weapons right now because i don't have anything else for anyone else that lets me cast Ray and i love this spell
Yuri-Meredy-Repede-Keele is my dream-team #2 now
i have no idea how but in the very same circumstances Elize made me turn the voices almost off and Meredy only prompted a "goshhowcute" reaction
Meredy is like a walking cloud i love it
